A lighthearted 2D Zelda game with no hidden lore whatsoever.

Style: 7/10 Gameplay: 7/10 Story: 1.5/3 Overall: 7/10

Style: 7/10

Much like in other ludosity games Ittle dew 2 has a 3D art style that meshes well with the quirky humor that switches to a 2D style when talking to NPCs. The level design and the over world are great and a stroll because you can beat every level with just your starting weapon, meaning the more powerful you are the easier the game gets witch is not a bad thing.

Gameplay: 7/10

Being a 2D Zelda like game it is hard to mess up the formula where you gradually get stronger every dungeon up until the final boss. I think Ittle dew 2 is on the easier side how ever their is a frog mode that is suppose to make the game harder that I have yet to try. Anyways I found the game to have that old Zelda feel to it that worked well for this game.

Story: 1.5/3

The story is you need a raft to get off an island and there is a wizard that wants to stop you. There is not much to it other than the great dialogue and gags the game pulls out from time to time.
And there is 100% no secret lore that makes the game spookier

Overall its a great short game with free dlc that I recommend that you go check out when it goes on sale.
