A calming platformer until you get to the b-side.

Style: 8/10
The music is great and cheerful along with the colorful visuals make every area unique and refreshing creating an atmosphere where you can tell within a split second if something will kill you or if you missed your jump.
Gameplay: 10/10
Celeste has perfected the movement of a platformer, every movement you make has the impact that it is your own fault for messing up the same jump for the 50th time. It also introduces more mechanics later on making the gameplay refreshing each chapter. Celeste also has multiple secrets where you can play a retro version of Celeste and the ability to unlock c-side.
Story: 2/3
The story is about overcoming fear and working towards a healthier outlook on life. I found the story a nice touch and always looked forward to another incentive to look for a reason to keep on going to the next chapter.
Overall 8.6/10
Overall it is a wonderful game with the game teaching you the basics and then b-side about skill and c-side is just plain sadistic. The music calms you as you die for the tenth time in a row and art style is constantly reminding you that you died in that same place for the second time near the end of the stage. Good game.
